Is it possible for a post apocalyptic film set in the ruins of South Carolina where Jean-Claude Van Damme plays a wasteland coyote dressed like Peter Pan accompanied by a young woman ingenue who is the sole survivor of her now razed village and who is chasing after a cyborg lady who knows how to cure the plague and who was kidnapped by Aryan Jaws who also killed Jean-Claude Van Damme's teenage missionary bride and kidnapped and groomed her younger sister into joining his raider gang of bloodthirsty killers which ultimately climaxes in a dramatic fist-knife fight during a hurricane in the outskirts of Atlanta to be paced kind of poorly and be a little dull?
Yeah, actually.
