This episode was fine - I liked the Brock bits, especially him nostalgically flashing back to when he still had his license and could kill people, but I found the Dr. Venture plotline a bit pointless, but not really in a fun way. Rusty is weird and clingy with women, something the audience already probably knows by this point in the show, and will be made abundantly clear as the series goes on, so doing a whole episode over that feels unnecessary. The hint of the Venture boys never knowing their mother is also a fun setup for future seasons.
The episode was a little dull at places, but harmless enough, and the image of Dr. Venture as a caterpillar man was pretty funny.
